All our boxes can be sent as gifts this Christmas, so we've created a guide to answer all your gifting questions, including a step-by-step walkthrough of the checkout if you need it!
You can gift any box, one-time purchases, pay by the month subscriptions and pay in advance subscriptions.
Unfortunately, we can’t generate gift vouchers, we are only able to send boxes on your behalf.
All Christmas gift boxes come with:
A curated gift-wrapped book, bookmark, Christmas card with your personalized message, and an extra surprise gift. And regular postage is included in the price.
Now, how to purchase!
Step 1. Choose your box size.
Step 2. Fill out the reader survey for your loved one. Even a little bit of detail helps us choose books they’ll love.
Step 3. Choose payment methods. Either pay month -to-month or for 3 or 6 months at once.
Step 4. Either create or log in to your account if you’re an existing customer.
Step 5. Slide the ‘Is this A Gift?’ button. This will allow you to add their address and a message to go on their gift card.
Important note: Month-to-month subscriptions, you can choose a start date, this is the date we bill monthly subscriptions. They are then shipped on the 28th of the month. You can also choose how many months you will be billed for.
Pay in advance options, you can choose any date to start your subscription. You will be billed on this date and we will ship within a couple of days. This option AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS so you will need to cancel if you only want us to send one cycle of books. We can do this for you or you can login to your customer account and do this. If you forget about it we will send you an email plenty of time before it is due to renew.
Step 6: Review your order, and hit ‘Complete’.
And Christmas cut off dates are:
One time and pay in advance boxes, we need your orders by the 10th of December, as the last Xmas post is the 12th of December.
Month-by-month boxes, we need orders by the monthly cut off date of the 24th of November. All Monthly subscriptions ship on the 28th of November, thus will arrive around mid-December.
Other Shipping things:
All orders will be shipped to the address of your loved one, as provided at the checkout. If you would like the first box shipped to you so you can gift it in person, please email us with your name and the address you’d like the first box shipped to.
